Yes, I have heard of Lulu. Sounds like a good self-publishing service, if ever I had the money ;-). I've always hoped that I could get something published by a regular publisher...but I'll see how that goes.

Hmm...well, I think the way it works is you pay for the number of books you want printed. So I guess it could be cheap if you only order a few :-).
