  1. Oh! You can take shelter in Texas! Of course, we got minimal snowfall a few nights ago... *grin*

  2. Wow, that's unusual. Make sure to take pictures if you get snow. Shall I bring a down blanket?

And I was just beginning to think it wasn't feeling too bad - it's currently +1 and the wind chill is above -20. You should just come out to the barn with us and help us round up the crazy roosters who were perched up in the rafters - it warms a girl right up. :)

The girls and I am game for a little trip - something very tropical.

  5. LOL - can I come with you?!! We have been drenched over this way, too! No snow - well, a few flakes here and there - but just a lot of rain! We live on dirt roads, so we are stuck here until this all clears up. It's so muddy and mucky, it's horrible. Every time we let our dogs out, we have to wash their paws. *sigh* It's just a horrible mess. I saw on the news that Vegas had snow! That happened once when I was living in Nevada, but that's so rare! I'm SO ready for the sunshine!! How about you? I have to admit, I like the warmth. We've been freezing around here and hubby actually went and bought space heaters so we could get warm. They are working, thank goodness!

I'll be praying for you all!! God bless you!!

  7. I hope you are alright! I know it used to snow every once in a while in Virginia Beach when I was there and it was scary because it's horrible when no one is prepared! The city didn't even own a plow. So be careful!

I sent you an email today (12/17 or 18, who knows! it's Thurs.) so you can let me know if you got it.

  8. We're getting dumped on. There's at least 3 feet on the ground. So did you get any of the white stuff?
