Welcome to Diamonds in the Rough, the inconsistent scribblings of a preacher's wife, mom, and city girl happily out of her element. If you are a first-time guest here, please read "Why Diamonds?"
Love this! I know it is too late for me, but I do think by homeschooling our kids that they are at least a little less standardized than the general population.
Amen, that was pretty good. I so agree about his opinion of ADHD. I'm not sure if I agree with his last statements about learning in groups is superior to separating people. They both have their place. Many great inventors, thinkers, even thelogians were more loners or perhaps had just a couple of assistants for several factors and better off for that. Now just to convince the NEA of this.
Thanks for sharing. Reminds me of the book "A Thomas Jefferson Education." Good stuff!
Thanks for sharing this. It was a great watch for me covering some things that Matt and I have been talking about very recently. Now I can show it to him and we can discuss it more :)
