Hi. Yes, it's me - the long lost blogger. I just skimmed through all your past posts for the last few months while I've been miserably watching life pass me by. I have enjoyed catching up with you - happy late birthday (my son turned 4 aug 27) - looks like you've had lots of fun trips.

ps - I have a couple photos up of Anna's new room (Anna made a post last night of it, but then lost it all just as she was going to save it. (sad face)).
for getting them started so young, while it's still cool to help around the house. They won't balk about helping you when they're older because it's a part of their everyday expectation.

ReplyDeleteMy mom always did the wash and didn't take
the time to train me in the home. I had a crash course as a young adult. I think training them
as children is an essential! Kids love to accomplish and learn new tasks anyway! Look at those smiles...they say it all.
